CM Mourns Demise Of Former MLA B.K.Chauhan

Shimla, 29th November, 2023. Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu mourned the demise of former MLA and former Chief Secretary of Jharkhand B.K. Chauhan, who passed away at Delhi in wee hours today. He was 76. B.K. Chauhan had remained MLA from Chamba Sadar Assembly Constituency of Himachal twice from 2007 to 2012 and 2012 to 2017.
The Chief Minister said that the contributions of B.K. Chauhan for development of the Chamba assembly segment were immense and would be remembered by the people of the area for a long time. The Chief Minister prayed to the Almighty for peace of the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family members to bear this irreparable loss.
