SDRF Team Along With The Local Police And Fire Services Rescued The Injured Person

Shimla, 16th January, 2024. Today (16.01.2023) at 10:18 AM information received from Police Control Room Mandi that one truck has fallen down in Pandoh Dam which has been stuck outside the water on the bank dam and 02-03 person has been trapped in the truck. 
On the receipt of this information SDRF team Headed by Insp. Man Singh consisting of SI-01, HC-02 & Ct- 11 along with vehicle Bus & Truck has been departed to the incident site for carrying out rescue operation. While reaching on the site, it has been found that a truck Reg. No. HP24-3513 along with 03 persons had fall down in
Pandoh Dam. 02 persons were fell outside on the roadside while 01 got stuck in the truck and fell down (apprx- 500 Feet) along with the vehicle and got serious injuries.
SDRF Team along with the local police and Fire Services rescued the injured person and shifted the victim to ZH Mandi for further treatment. All are safe. The HP SDRF, a relatively new yet highly effective force, has consistently demonstrated its capability in saving precious lives, livestock, and citizen properties, rapidly emerging at the forefront of emergency response in Himachal Pradesh.
