IHM Kufri Hosts Japanese Theme Lunch “SAKURA” with Special Guests from UAE

Shimla, 27 February 2025: The Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Kufri, Shimla organized an exclusive Japanese Theme Lunch – “SAKURA”, celebrating Japanese cuisine and culture. The event was graced by special guests from ADNH Catering, UAE – Mr. Vishal Subba (Chief People’s Officer), Chef Shaun Rensburg (L&D Culinary Manager), and Mr. Sanjay Sharma (Talent Acquisition Manager) – who also signed an MoU with IHM, Shimla to enhance global hospitality training.
Adding to the grandeur, Mr. Sunit Makhija, General Manager, Wildflower Hall, Shimla, also attended the event.

The Gourmet Restaurant at IHM Kufri was transformed into an authentic Japanese dining experience, complete with traditional décor and an elaborate menu featuring classic Japanese delicacies.
